Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Supply Chain Management:
      • Manage and monitor supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, warehousing, and distribution.
      • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
      • Ensure timely delivery of goods, while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
    • Vendor and Supplier Relations:
      • Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
      • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to achieve favorable outcomes for the organization.
      • Monitor supplier performance to ensure adherence to quality and delivery standards.
    • Inventory Control:
      • Oversee inventory management and tracking processes, ensuring optimal stock levels.
      • Coordinate with the production, procurement, and sales teams to manage inventory flow.
      • Implement inventory control procedures to minimize wastage and optimize stock turnover.
    • Logistics and Distribution:
      • Supervise logistics activities, including transportation and distribution.
      • Develop solutions to optimize the distribution network and reduce lead times.
      • Manage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
    • Process Improvement and Reporting:
      • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in supply chain processes and operations.
      • Implement data-driven strategies to optimize performance.
      • Prepare and present regular reports on supply chain performance, including cost analysis, delivery performance, and efficiency metrics.
    • Risk Management:
      • Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies.
      • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to supply chain activities.
