Job Description

    Job Role: Non-Voice Process / Customer Support ExecutiveExperience: FreshersLocation: Airoli, MumbaiProcess: Non-Voice / Customer ServiceSalary: 17,500/- In-HandWork Details- Working Days: 5 days- Work Mode: Work from Office- Shifts: Rotational- Transportation: 2-way cab facility up to 30 kmResponsibilities
    • Handle customer/service-related queries through email and internal systems
    • Process and update requests accurately within the given timelines
    • Maintain proper records and documentation
    • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer requests and issues
    • Support backend processes such as order processing, cancellations, refunds and updates
    • Maintain and update data using MS Excel and MS Word
    • Follow company processes, quality standards and performance guidelines
    • Complete assigned tasks within deadlines and meet process targets
    • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all transactions
    Eligibility
    • Only 2026 Graduates can apply
    • Education: BA / BBA / B.Com
    • Graduation Certificate is Mandatory
    • Freshers are eligible
    • Good communication skills in English
    • Basic computer knowledge
    • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
    • Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills
    • Willingness to work as per business requirements
