Job Description

    We are looking for self-motivated sales professionals to expand our customer base and achieve sales quotas for the regions.You should ensure that your area of responsibility meets and exceeds the expectations of our business objectives and contributes to our company s success in the long run.Job Responsibilities:Developing a market presence and generating demand for an upcoming brand/imprintBusiness development role, involving management of end-to-end sales processes (right from prospecting/cold-calling to deal negotiation, closure, and client handling)Developing a strategy to achieve yearly sales objectives and follow up through monthly forecasts, meetings, conference calls, etcMeeting sales targets with high levels of integrity and compliance, as per the goal sheetEnsuring strict adherence to all sales processes, right from client research to acquisition to client servicing and management as well as to all company processes.Seeking out new prospective customers and developing new business relationshipsEnsuring that all prospects are uploaded on the SalesforceInvestigating reasons for lost salesMaintaining an excellent relationship with assigned clients, be it schools, booksellers, or distributorsGenerating timely reports, such as monthly sales reports and target performanceTraveling extensively across the region for promotional activities, generating demand, and ensuring seamless suppliesShall be responsible for the collection of payments within the given cycle as per the company norms.Requirements:Excellent communication skillsSelf-motivated, positive approach with a problem-solving attitudeContact the job poster .
