Job Description

    Job Purpose Statement:Management of Co-lending & Partnerships for Business and understands system integration. Added advantage if the person has done Merchant cash Advance productDuties & Responsibilities:
    • Driving business with partners to achieve business growth and manage the day-to-day activities and reconciliations of payments and collection
    • Managing asset quality in tie up with partners.
    • Exploring new business opportunities of partnerships
    • Design and execute the end-to-end operating guideline for each partnership.
    • Liaison with internal stakeholders to move the notes and get approvals to initiate such partnerships.
    • Write BRDs for automation and digitization with these partners.
    • Ensure regulatory compliance on such partnerships.
    Job Requirements:
    • Experience - 4 to 7 years
    • Understanding on Salesforce would be an add on.
    • Worked in Fintechs or NBFCs with Co-Lending arrangements
