We have a opening for Manager Cross Sell with a BFSI Industry.Role:- Manager Cross Sell (Individual Contributor)Location - Mumbai5 Days Working (WFO)Roles & Responsibilities:Boost the penetration of insurance offers through cross-selling inside loan goods Locate, assess, integrate, and oversee the new insurance partners.Work together with internal teams and insurance firms to expedite the issue of insurance policies. Provide branch teams with in-person and virtual training on insurance options. Collaborate with aggregators and the internal tech team to integrate technology with insurance partners. Create a combined insurance product in association with insurers and the analytics team. Overseeing the product mix, training, and motivating the business team to bundle products Precise upkeep of the database about insurance case issuance and ongoing Disseminate MIS and standard reports every day, every week, and every month. Support for the IRDAs regulatory needs (data, certification, etc.)RequirementsGraduate and above (Preferably MBA from tier II/III cities)Strong knowledge of MS excel, MS word, MS PowerPointInterested Candidates can share their updated CV on hidden_email or Whats App on hidden_mobile
