Job Description

    Manager Delivery (Retail Automation Operations)Location:Kanjurmarg, MumbaiCTC:6 LPA Fixed Performance BonusImmediate joiner preferredJob SummaryWe are looking for an experiencedManager Deliveryto lead Retail Automation projects and CAMC operations across Oil & Gas clients such asIOCL, BPCL, HPCL, Nayara, and Jio-bp. The role involves end-to-end project execution, field service management, customer coordination, spares planning, billing support, and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities
    • Manage Retail Automation installations, commissioning, and CAMC operations.
    • Lead and coordinate field engineers to ensure SLA adherence.
    • Plan material dispatch, inventory, and spares availability.
    • Coordinate with customers for project execution, invoicing, and payment follow-up.
    • Monitor project progress and prepare MIS reports.
    • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for timely project completion.
    • Drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
    Requirements
    • 5 -8 years of experience in Retail/Fuel Automation.
    • Experience handling projects for IOCL, BPCL, HPCL, Nayara, or Jio-bp.
    • Knowledge of FCC, ATG, POS, BOS, DU, networking, and retail automation systems.
    • Strong leadership, customer management, and project coordination skills.
