Job Description

    Job Role & Responsibilities
    • Operation and maintenance of electrical Substation equipments like OCB, HT breaker Transformers & RMUs, distribution of electrical system, DG sets etc.
    • Operation and maintenance of all C & D zone Rides and utility .
    • Operation & Maintenance of AC & DC motors, ,RWH,Water filtration plant.
    • Working with AC & DC drives also PLC logic
    • Operation & Maintenance of chiller plant
    • Operation & maintenance of hydraulic motor & pneumatic compressors
    • Maintenance of all street lights .
    • To plan & estimate annual budget for Ride and utility maintenance
    • Plan monthly activity as per approved budget.
    • Prepare the monthly MIS report.
    • To involve and motivate personnel for continual improvements throughout the Park.
    • Responsible for continual improvement in the areas of the guests comforts, ride safety and cost reduction.
    • Ensure ride availability throughout park operation time.
    • To adopt preventative maintenance to reduce breakdown time & to ensure rides are set right for maximum utilization of Rides for Guests.
    • Ensure 100% Compliances to Annual Scheduled Maintenance.
    • Ensure Zero Incidence related to the safety
    • Key Result Area
      • Financial
      • Maintain maximum power factor to achieve the maximum incentive from Tata power.
      • Control electricity consumption.
      • 100%utilisation of Budget & ensure that expenses are with in the budget.
      • Monitor & control the inventory.
      • Monitor the monthly expenses with respect to zone wise as compared to budget provisions, on monthly basis.
      • Plan monthly activity as per approved budget.
      • Customer Related
      • Ensure all Rides , auxiliary equipments & utilities availabilities for Guests satisfaction.
      • Maintain electricity throughout the park without any fail
      • Maintain uninterrupted power supply
      • Maintain D.G Set back up supply for park in case TATA POWER failure.
      • Deliver the Rides zone wise with full capacity with all safety features.
      • Decorative lights of all the rides and utility should be operational
      • Attending the issue raised by Operators Ride daily Job Work(log sheet).
      • Internal Process
      • Conducting the rides preventive & Predictive maintenance.
      • Maintaining the interdepartmental coordination & communication for the smooth running of park.
      • Check the rides periodically for its efficiency & performance as per Daily checklists.
      • . Breakdown analysis to be done
      • To verify & sign the Daily Maintenance Check Lists with corrective action for any abnormality mentioned in remark immediately
      1. Span of Control: 20
      1. Decision making Authority
      • Overtime decision for ride or utility maintenance work.
      • Decision for ride handover to operation regarding safe operation.
      1. Interdependencies / Interactions:
      • Internal: Purchase department for material procurement
      • External: Service vendor provider for Job work .
      1. Educational Qualification B. E. Electrical
      1. Experience: 8-10 Years
      1. Task on hand for next 1 2 Years:
      • All rides to be maintain with all internal equipment and external features.
      (Ride- Ac dc motor maintain by preventive maintenance ,Electrical panel maintain by air blowering and connection tighten )
      • All utilities machine and equipments to be maintain with full efficiency.
      (Quarterly Substations preventive maintenance ,yearly HT breaker servicing, All feeder pillar air blowering and preventive maintenance )9.Competencies : Team work, Electricity saving by using new technology (by installed LEDlight, drive) Maintain power factor for maximum incentive , maximum utilization of manpower, utilization of available resources. Analysis of electricity calculation and MIS consumption report.
