The role is based out of Mumbai in the GHQ.Job Purpose:Group Talent Staffing is the custodian of the Groups Employee Value Proposition (EVP) as well as Employer Brand (EB). This position helps the Talent Staffing (TS) portfolio in implementing various initiatives and technology-driven programs to support the Groups EVP and Employer Brand proposition.In addition, the role will also work on induction of Leadership new joiners in the GroupKey Result Areas1) Hiring Tool Adoption Across Business - Internal Communication on the Tool as a platform for careers, Monitoring usage and presenting analytics for discussion, Monitoring employee experience on the tool2) Hiring as a Signature Process - Driving adoption: Assist in creating scalable processes and process improvement initiatives3) Hiring & Induction - Assisting Group Head TS for hiring for strategic roles4) Internal Branding - To perform necessary analysis/ segmentation required to align the EVP with the business strategy and to create an action plan for promoting visibility and communication of EVP5) Alumni Network- Create regional chapters for the alumni community with the purpose of enhancing the network6)Communication & Strategic Initiatives - Collaborating with recruiters across businesses for new hiring initiativesSkills & Experience :- MBA in HR from Premier /Top B School- Someone with 5-7 years of exp- Loads of Energy- Passionate about the work- Someone with Bias for Technology- May apply directly or call on 8451801646(in case of more query),
