Job Description

    Roles and responsibilities:
    • Building the sales funnel generating leads via cold calling, emailing and other lead generation activities
    • Handling incoming queries and building good client relationships
    • Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers and understanding their requirements.
    • Handing over qualified leads to sales teams with the objective of closing the sale
    • Creating and maintaining account lists, contact databases to supplement lead generation efforts
    • Achieving weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business
    • Need to have prior experience in a similar role with a solid track record of sales in outbound calling and emailing.
    • Should have hands on experience in using marketing automation platforms and CRM
    • Experience in customer service and relationship building are highly desirable
    • Must be familiar with technologies like RPA, Machine Learning, speech to Text. Any certification in this would be added advantage.

    • Should possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
    • Should be proactive, willing to learn and a strong team player
    • Should be tech savvy and comfortable using a combination of lead nurturing tools.
    • Essentially a go getter with a keen eye to spot new opportunities in global markets.

    • You will excel in this role with an aggressive operating style and actions driven by intelligence
