    Description:DESIGNATION-Manager Institutional Equities SalesREPORTING TOVICE PRESIDENT INSTITUTIONAL EQUITIESEXPERIENCERANGE Post qualification experience of 15 yearsESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS MBA - Finance / CALOCATION Mumbai H.O.CANDIDATES PROFILEThe Institutional Equities division is looking for an Institutional Salespersonwith direct previous experience selling research and small or midcap stockideas to institutional money managers, banks, and hedge funds The idealcandidate will be from capital markets background and have provenexperience and understanding of equity research products.Key Job Responsibilities:- Cultivate relationships with Institutional Portfolio Managers and deliversuperior investment ideas.- Manage company and analyst marketing, meetings, conference calls, andindustry events with clients in a demanding, entrepreneurial and dynamicteam environment.- Day to day management of relationships with asset managers /portfoliomanagers, buy-side analysts, hedge fund managers, pension funds,traders) ensuring that firm research is disseminated and companymanagement teams are introduced to appropriate clients.Other Responsibilities:- Provide daily research calls to assigned accounts.- Develop account relationships with portfolio managers, analyst, hedgefund managers, traders that have the potential for daily/weekly tradingbusiness with the Firm.- Penetrate potential new clients through appropriate selectivedeployment of research platform. Sale is consultative. Meetings withappropriate Company team members are key.- Provide timely feedback to team of client interaction, comments,concerns, etc. to ensure the highest level of performance on behalf of theFirm.- Continually monitor research application for developments, industryimpacts, and related news items to accurately inform accounts of eventsthat could impact their holdings.SKILLS AND TRAITS- MBA with5 to 10 years of experience in Institutional Equity Sales- An established past record of acquiring Equity Institutional clients a must- Exceptional knowledge of Institutional Equities Business.- Should have strong networking and relationship building skills- Adequate knowledge of the Equity market and the dynamics of Brokingbusiness Functional Area-In-depth knowledge of the economic trends and events and theirpotential effect on customers assets- Excellent command of the English language, communication- Superior sales skills, Customer Focused, Strong process understanding,Self-starter
