Job Description

    Company:- One of the Leading BankDesignation:- Manager Operational RiskLocation:- MumbaiJob Profile:-Thorough understanding of applicable Regulatory Guidelines pertaining to Operational Risk Management and other associated areas like Fraud Risk Management, Outsourcing Risk Management, IT and Cyber Risk Management.o High degree of collaborative and conflict resolution approach and ability to work along other officials with diverse perspective.o Thorough knowledge of Processes related to various tools used for Operational Risk Management including RCSA, KRIs, Incident Management, New Product Approval etc.o Good knowledge about regulatory code on Governance Framework in All India Financial Institutions/ Commercial Banks.o Ability to integrate other control functions to ensure all risks are fully scrutinized.o Ability to identify risks that cross the businesses and organizing cross-functional solutions.o Develop appropriate reporting mechanisms including dashboards/ heat map and publish it to senior management.o Assist in conducting Operational Risk Management Committee meetings.o Conduct Operational Risk Stress Testing and Scenario Analysiso Develop relationship with senior officials in all the 3 Lines of Defence (Heads of Business Verticals, Vertical Head of Risk Management, Chief Compliance Officer and Head of Internal Audit).o Well-developed analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes and trends and anticipate futuristic issues.o Excellent written and communication skills.o Proficiency in MS office products (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
