Job Description

    Key responsibilities:
    • Program / Project Management for sales teams both industry sector and business unit sales
    • Monitoring, reporting and collating information on sales customer account wise performance and pipeline on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
    • Manage customer segmentation and allocation making sure all sales channels (direct, digital & telesales) function in coherence Developing the objectives, milestones, and backlog of activities for improving overall pipeline
    • Engage, organise and manage cross functional teams (sales, finance, marketing, CRM, solutioning) to achieve deliverables are achieved as per agreed timelines
    • Driving the change management to promote adherence to defined sales process
    • Engage and manage global / regional accounts; support sales teams to access resources, support or any other inputs; become an outside in view on customers, markets and competition for the sales team
    • Qualifications:
    • Postgraduate with 4-5 years of experience in the Logistics and Supply Chain industry
    • Knowledge on the best practices, market trends, consumer trends
    • Knowledge of sales process especially with exposure to pre-sales activities
    • Effective coordination, monitoring, and reporting skills; ability to manage large amount of data with excellent analytics skill Project management experience and skills would be very useful in this role; should be able to manage large scale PMO
    • Candidates preferred from Supply chain, Logistics and ecommerce industry
