    Description:1) Job DimensionsWe are looking for an experienced Digital Leader with around 6-8 years experience to work onvarious Digital initiatives of Renewables. This person is expected to deliver a variety of projectsand solutions for the business to improve business outcomes such as increased power generation,better power generation prediction, reduce losses, construction monitoring, performancemonitoring, improve productivity of the internal and external staff. He/she should leverage cuttingedge technologies available in AI/ML, domain, Analytics and Robotics and Robotics ProcessAutomations. Utilize Digital Technologies to optimize impact on the environment and support ESGgoals. He/she will be working very closely with the Engineering and Innovation Departments to driveand execute the projects.InnovationAbility to think out of the box and leverage technologyAbility to challenge the status quoBuild prototypes/proof of concepts quicky and build solutionsTeam PlayerWork with a cross functional team of Information Technology (ERP Systems),Engineering/Technology, Innovation Dept, Power Generation Dept, Innovation Cell of the Groupand Central Analytics team.Work with cyber security team to align the project goals within the cybersecurity frameworkTechnical SkillsExpert in AL/ML and Algorithmic modelsExpertise in IoT and Cloud computingExpert in Data Analytics and various platforms available in cloudShould be a hands-on personRenewal business is in growth phase and has ambitious plans to grow. One of the criticalfactor to enable the growth is ability to generate more power from the available resources,optimized use of existing Assets (Solar Panels and Wind Turbines.Challenges:1. Manage trade-offs between long term impact technologies and short term solutions2. Existing Assets and their digital infra range from 10 years to 1 Years old, which willrequire calibration of solutioning4) Principal AccountabilitiesAccountability Supporting ActionsDevelop a project roadmap- Work with various in departments and build aDigital roadmap of ideas and projects usingDigital Technologies- Look internally and externally andcontinuously enhance the roadmap.Execute projects - Develop POC and get buy-in from Businessleaders- Execute and complete the Digital projectswith a team consisting of internal andexternal team members.Job Description- Team Member Digital- Own the projects till completion withintimeline and costContinual improvement- Keep abreast with the growth of the companythe scale the solutions- Scouting new digital solutions deployed atpeers / other industriesCapability building- Develop a repository of digital case studiesacross the business- Identify the needs and deploy tools/trainingto corresponding personnel
