Job Description

    About the Position: Taggd is seeking a results-driven Manager - RPO to lead recruitment operations for Tata Consumer Products Ltd. (TCPL), one of Indias most trusted FMCG brands. This role focuses on delivering high-quality talent acquisition, managing SLAs, leveraging data analytics, and driving business mining initiatives to expand client engagement. Role: Manager RPO Location: Tata Consumer Products Limited, Building no. 12, 1st Floor, Solitaire Corporate Park, Chakala, Andheri East, Mumbai - 400 093 Name Andheri East - MumbaiDomain Expertise: FMCG / OTC Pharmaceuticals / FMCD / Chemical ManufacturingTeam: 10 to 12 team members including Recruiters, Sourcers, Onboarding - SpecialistReport to: Associate Vice President - RPOWorking Days: 6 days(Mon Fri - WFO & Saturday - Work from home)Job Role:
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions in the FMCG sector, including channel sales hiring, ensuring SLAs are consistently met.
    • Utilize data analytics to track recruitment metrics, optimize hiring strategies, and provide actionable insights.
    • Partner with TCPL stakeholders to understand business needs and craft tailored sourcing plans.
    • Lead a team of recruiters, ensuring high-quality delivery and continuous performance improvement.
    • Drive business mining initiatives to identify new hiring opportunities and enhance client satisfaction.
    • Provide comprehensive hiring reports and market insights to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and proactive communication.
    Job Requirements:
    • 8-10 years of experience in RPO/recruitment, preferably in the FMCG or manufacturing sectors.
    • Strong background in managing SLAs, data analytics, and stakeholder engagement.
    • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a recruitment team.
    • Experience in channel sales hiring and a solid understanding of the sales domain is highly preferred.
    • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficiency with ATS systems and modern recruitment tools.
    • Preferred Education: MBA in HR or a bachelors degree in engineering.
