    Leading Wealth Mgt and Financial services company requires- Sr Mgr ( Wealth operations)One of our client a Multi-Family Office and Advisory firm, is a subsidiary of leading financial services and Wealth mgt firm a leading player in Forex and Treasury management for over 20 years.We provide tailored investment solutions to High-net-worth individuals (HNIs), family offices, single-family businesses, and trusts. Our bespoke investment advisory services are crafted to meet the unique objectives of each client, offering a state-of-the-art approach. Our extensive industry network, collaborations, and credibility are the cornerstone of our success. It is a one stop Treasury and Forex Solutions firm that has been successfully established for more than 20 years. We engage with Indian and global clients ranging from Rs. 200 crs to Rs.10000 crs topline in various industries.Its wealth Management arm which is a multifamily office and helps multiple family offices and HNIs. Under the leadership of its CEO its team has catered to over 950 clients and has managed a cumulative client exposure of over 20 billion USD across various industries.Location- BKC@MUMBAIEXPERIENCE- 5- 9 YEARS IN WEALTH OPERATIONSRole Overview:As a Mgr - Wealth Operations, you will be at the heart of ensuring seamless and efficient operational support for our high-net-worth clients. Your day-to-day will involve managing trade operations, ensuring KYC compliance, resolving client queries, and collaborating with various internal teams, including relationship managers, compliance, and technology. This role directly impacts client satisfaction and the firms reputation by ensuring accurate and timely execution of wealth management activities.Key Responsibilities:- Process and execute trade orders accurately and efficiently for various asset classes, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.- Conduct thorough KYC and AML checks on new and existing clients, maintaining up-to-date client profiles and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.- Resolve client inquiries and operational issues promptly and effectively, providing exceptional service and maintaining strong client relationships.- Collaborate with relationship managers and other internal stakeholders to streamline operational processes and improve overall client experience.- Monitor and mitigate operational risks, ensuring adherence to compliance standards and implementing necessary controls.- Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports related to trade operations, KYC compliance, and client interactions.Required Skillset:- Demonstrated ability to manage trade operations, including order processing, settlement, and reconciliation, with a strong understanding of financial markets.- Proven expertise in KYC and AML compliance, with a thorough understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices.- Exceptional client management and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and resolve issues effectively.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate operational risks.- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.- Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.- Adaptable to an on-site work environment in Mumbai.If the position interests you and you find a fitment.Kindly share your updated cv and details
