Job Description

    Key Requirements and Responsibilities:
    • Lead, manage, and mentor the marketing team to ensure effective strategy development and execution.
    • Oversee and implement integrated marketing campaigns, digital marketing strategies, and brand-building initiatives.
    • Drive content creation, social media strategies, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and other marketing efforts to support overall business goals.
    • Develop and maintain performance metrics to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
    • Collaborate closely with the product, sales, and design teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
    • Provide insights and strategic recommendations for optimizing marketing tactics and improving ROI.
    Desired Profile:
    • At least 4-5 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in leading and executing comprehensive marketing strategies.
    • In-depth understanding of various marketing channels and strategies, including digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards achieving marketing goals.
    • Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
