Marketing Production ManagerLocation: MumbaiAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Marketing Production Manager to join a leading global OTT streaming platform. In this role, you will bridge creative, marketing, and production operations, ensuring campaigns are planned, executed, and delivered seamlessly from concept to launch.You will work closely with cross-functional teams, agencies, and production partners to manage campaign timelines, creative workflows, budgets, asset delivery, and localization across multiple marketing initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end campaign planning, production schedules, and cross-functional timelines.Manage creative production workflows, asset adaptation, localization, and final campaign delivery.Track production budgets, forecast costs, and manage vendor spend, POs, and SOWs.Coordinate with Marketing, Creative, AV, Art & Print, Media, Legal, and external agencies to ensure smooth campaign execution.Oversee creative asset tracking, quality control, approvals, and timely delivery across channels.Manage production partners and agencies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Identify risks, resolve production challenges, and drive operational efficiency throughout the campaign lifecycle.What Were Looking ForExperience in Marketing Production, Campaign Operations, Creative Operations, Production Management, or Project Management.Strong understanding of campaign planning, creative production, asset management, localization, and production workflows.Experience managing budgets, vendor relationships, production timelines, POs, and SOWs.Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.Experience in OTT, Streaming, Entertainment, Media, or Digital Content is highly preferred.If youre passionate about bringing creative campaigns to life while driving operational excellence, wed love to hear from you.
