Job Description

    Key ResponsibilitiesHandle garment production from start to final deliveryPrepare accurate garment costingCreate and manage detailed tech packsCoordinate with embroidery / beading vendorsNegotiate vendor rates while maintaining qualityTrack production progress and update reportsEnsure timelines are met and highlight delaysConduct quality checks as per brand standardsCoordinate with internal teams (sales, sampling, production)Ideal CandidateStrong knowledge of garment construction & production processExperience managing external embroidery / beading vendorsGood in costing and negotiationDetail-oriented with strong documentation skillsCan handle multiple styles under deadlinesStrong communication & coordination skillsPreferred BackgroundExperience in luxury / couture / high-embellishment garmentsExperience handling outsourced handwork vendorsAdditional Details :Designation: MerchandiserExperience: 12 yearsNumber of Vacancies: 01Qualification: Minimum 10th pass; no specific educational criteria. However, the candidate must be fluent in English and capable of handling assigned responsibilities effectively.Gender: FemaleWork Timings: 10:45 AM to 7:00 PMWorking Days: Monday to Saturday (flexible), with 1 weekly offWorking days are Monday to Saturday (mandatory). Sundays may be required occasionally during peak season, with a compensatory off during the week or additional pay for the extra working day.Work Location: FortEmployee Benefits: 24 days of paid leave per year along with fixed public holidays.
