Job Description

    EUC Intune /SCCM Manger ( AVP )8-12 year of experience
    • Design, implement, and manage SCCM and Intune solutions for endpoint management and security. This may include:
    • Deploy applications, manage OS/software installations, patching, and plan/execute system upgrades through SCCM and Intune.
    • Lead Intune device enrollment and manage migrations from SCCM to Intune.
    • Prepare, update, and deploy new workstation images using SCCM Operating System Deployment (OSD) and Autopilot, ensuring consistent configurations and compliance across all endpoint devices.
    • Manage application deployment, updates, and ensure endpoint compliance across SCCM and Intune platforms.
    • Lead modern device management initiatives using Autopilot and co-management, leveraging SCCM and Intune for device provisioning and lifecycle management.
    • Troubleshoot Intune enrollment and configuration issues and optimize co-management setups.
    • Provide Level 3 support for complex SCCM and Intune issues, resolving end-user and infrastructure-related incidents effectively.
    • Lead troubleshooting efforts for device configuration, enrollment, and compliance issues, and provide support to end-users as needed.
    • Utilize PowerShell and scripting to automate routine tasks within SCCM and Intune, optimizing processes such as patching, reporting, and application deployment.
    • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline IT operations and enhance endpoint performance.
    • Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and compliance records.
    • Generate custom reports on patch/software/hardware inventory, supporting audit and compliance tracking.
    • Ensure patch and application compliance for endpoint devices and address audit findings in collaboration with security teams on VACA, AppSec, and other audit points.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to close audit points and align endpoint configurations with regulatory requirements.
    • Train and mentor staff in SCCM and Intune administration, sharing best practices and building team proficiency in endpoint management.
