Job Description

    Hiring For Leading BankJob Purpose:To ensure implementation of market risk framework of the Bank, perform valuations and other controls under the Mid office role. To monitor limits and P&L of treasury on a periodic basis and provide periodic market risk analysis to the management.Roles & Responsibilities:Responsible for valuations/risk monitoring for the Treasury Products (Bonds, FX, Derivatives, etc).Responsible for computation of Forex Gaps and Positions reports and reporting to RBI and Senior Management.Computation and reporting of Treasury P&L of the Bank.Responsible for carry out of rate scan and other control checks set up by the middle office team.Active coordination with Treasury Front office, Back-office operations, and IT for the above responsibilities Aptitude for picking up additional responsibilities within the department.Responsible for setting / review of market risk limits and put-up proposal for Board / Management Committees for approval.Responsible for setting and review of valuation methodologies for all Treasury Products (FX and derivatives as well as investment portfolio) of the Bank based on regulatory guidelines and market best practices.Work towards increasing automation and efficiency in the processes.Co-ordinations with Internal and External Auditors and Compliance units.Ensuring deliverables are met in time with accuracy and relevancy. Ensuring processes and controls frameworks requirements are met. Providing relevant analysis to management for effective decision making.Education Qualification: Graduation: Bachelor of Commerce (B.com) / Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) / Bachelor of Arts (BA) / Bachelor of Business & Insurance (BBI) / Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS)Post-graduation: Master of Business Administration (MBA) / Master of Commerce (M.com) / Master of Arts (MA) / LLBExperience: 2 to 5 of relevant years of experience.
