Job Description

    Position Title: MIS ExecutiveDepartment: Human Resources / Direct Sales ForceLevel / Band: ExecutiveOrganizational RelationshipsReports To: AVP HR, MumbaiSupervises: NoneJob DimensionsGeographic Area Covered: NationalStakeholders:
    • Internal: All functions, including Sales, Operations, IT, Finance, HR, DE, Training, and others
    • External: Channel Partners
    Key Result AreasOrganization Process Key Contributions Frequency:
    • Project Management:
      • Conceptualize and develop MIS focused on key parameters such as business, quality, and service levels.
      • Collaborate with various teams to gather necessary information.
      • Understand sales requirements and key drivers for the sales teams.
      • Ensure 0% error rate in calculations.
      • Publish MIS reports to track contests and other initiatives.
      • Design communications to maintain high engagement levels.
      • Monitor performance management parameters, coordinating with the IT team to ensure timely uploads of targets.
      • Track data flow to the sales team in relation to their targets and achievements on an ongoing basis.
    Skills RequiredTechnical Skills:
    • Understanding of partnership distribution regulations (Bancassurance)
