    With one of our leading clients in Real Estate we have an opportunity for the role of National Head Strategy and Marketing. TITLE & ROLE - Business Strategy and Marketing Head - National- This position heads strategy, marketing for India and is at the heart of the business and plays a critical role in driving business strategy, communication & monetization efforts for strategic partners.- This position is at the center point of clients sales, Developers Marketing and sales and Group strategy. This position focuses on;1. Driving product, pricing, communication, value propositions and goto market strategy along with sales team and Developers team to ensure delivery of targets. 2. Winning accounts with necessary market + Customer intelligence, strategy and marketing along with Sales team to win accounts along with Sales team.3. Collaboration with multiple teams to Create appropriate reports and presentations that aid decision making and execution for sales 4. Monitoring mandate profitability, processes, tech compliance, performance to ensure successful delivery and intelligence from the mandate. 5. Integration of Value-Added Services interms of Creative agency, Digital Agency, Tech Suite, Post Sales for integrated solution and larger accountability in delivery.LOCATION - ONE BKC, MUMBAIKey Traits :1. Overall experience of 15+ years of Proven delivery in strategy and marketing with a Real estate developer and / or strategic partner background.2. Educational Qualification - MBA PG (Top B Schools only)3. Excellent Leadership, networking, and collaboration skills to handle multiple teams including owned business strategy marketing team 4. Analytics and Program Management experience with progressive and process driven organisations. 5. Implement Go-to- market strategies for launches/sustenance 6. Strong believer and ambassador of technology to build necessary processes in ensuring tracking and bringing in sales.,
