Job Description

    Our client is a fast-growing consumer healthcare firm based in Mumbai. Job Profile: - Prepare the Modern Trade sales strategy & growth plans in line with the business strategy.- Responsible for the profitability of the channel and delivering on the Revenue.- Create and develop relationships with Key Accounts through meaningful engagements.- Maintain and grow market share brand wise in the organised trade segment. - Build corporate and brand awareness and product penetration through education and engagement of key opinion leaders and practitioners. - Driving operational efficiency for modern trade channels.- Achieving consistent growth by managing various internal and external stakeholders.- Lead resource for planning and negotiating for in-store activations, merchandising, and sell-out plans with the accounts.- Provide trade information, competitors activities, and market intelligence to the company.- Manage Accounts receivables, Responsible for debt collection and resolving all long outstanding debts.- Resolve customers trade issues, complaints, and operational matters. Candidate Profile: - Relevant experience of 8-10 years of Key Account experience in Modern Trade.- Experience in the Personal Care, FMCG or OTC industry is preferred.- Thorough understanding of the consumer market, competitor products, and industry drivers.- Understanding of Financial, Distribution & General Management concepts.- Ability to manage teams, work cross functionally, and influence without authority.- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
