Job Description

    Job Designation:1- Network Engineer (Must have L3 Support experience Experience in Manage Engine Ops Manager- Networking tool)2-Network Admistrator(L1/L2 Support experience)Experience in Manage Engine Ops Manager- Networking tool)Job Location:Sanpada MumbaiExperience: 4yearsNetwork Design and Implementation:Plan, configure, and deploy network systems, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.Design network layouts and ensure they meet organizational needs and scalability requirements.Network Management:Monitor network performance and availability, ensuring optimal operation and minimal downtime.Perform regular network maintenance, including hardware and software updates, to ensure network reliability and security.Troubleshooting and Support:Diagnose and resolve network issues, including connectivity, performance, and security problems.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network-related issues reported by users.Security Management:Implement and manage network security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and VPNs.Monitor network traffic for potential security threats and respond to security incidents as needed.Documentation and Reporting:Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, changes, and procedures.Prepare and present reports on network performance, incidents, and improvements.Collaboration and Coordination:Work closely with other IT staff to ensure network solutions integrate smoothly with other IT systems and services.Coordinate with vendors and service providers for network equipment and services.Compliance and Best Practices:Ensure network operations comply with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.Stay updated on the latest network technologies and best practices to continually improve network performance and security.Candidate Requirements:Skills:Must have good English communication skills.2.Experience:Industry Background:Candidates should have experience in manufacturing industry.End-User Support:It is essential that candidates have a strong background in providing hands-on end-user support, with proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving network related issues for users on-site.Exclusions:Candidates with significant cloud experience will not be preferred for this position. Our focus is on those with strong on-premises and hands-on support skills.Candidates who are currently working from home or in remote positions will not be considered. We require candidates who have experience working on-site and can be available for in-person support.Minimum RequirementsQualification (Essential) BE/BTech/ BCA/MCA/ BSc-IT/MSc-ITQualification (Desired) Networking Certification-CCNA and CCNPExperience (if any) 5-7 years relevant experience
