Job Description

    We are having an opportunity for Network Engineer in Mumbai.Experience(in Years): 1years.Company - Litmus information system LLPwebsite - https://www.litmusit.com/
    • Monitoring network engineering performance and ensuring system availability and reliability.
    • Configuring and installing various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS)
    • Running operations for disaster recovery and backups of data where possible
    • Organizing, preparing, and enforcing network security measures to protect data, applications, and hardware.
    • Perform a complex technical analysis of software, hardware, and network systems, Firewalls, Load Balancers, Web Application firewalls, access networks, LAN/WAN communications, and various transmission systems.
    • Participate in business continuity activities (DR drills, Network infra-failover testing, WAN resiliency testing, etc)
    • Management of all network components at member banks & Data Centers
    • On-time submission of Daily, Weekly, and Monthly reports to Management
    • Network Compliance Closure of audit findings, VA-PT finding mitigation, Device hardening, Firewall fine-tuning, Periodic Firewall rule base review, firmware upgrades, etc.
    • Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval, and success of changes made to the network infrastructure.
    • Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
    • Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and solving hardware, software, and other issues affecting the network and device.
    • Replacing defective hardware components of the network where possible.
    Must be proficient and have hands-on experience with the following Technologies:
    • Cisco Switching
    • Switching Port
    • Traffic Command
    • Basic security
    • Firewall (Sophos or any other)
