Job Description

    We are hiring L1 and L2 Network Engineers for our Mumbai (Mahape) location to support 24x7 ICT infrastructure operations.
    • L1 Network Support Engineer: Suitable for candidates with 1-2 years of experience, a Diploma in IT/B.Sc. IT, and basic knowledge of networking and storage systems. This role involves monitoring, basic troubleshooting, and supporting network operations across rotational three shifts.
    • L2 Network Engineer: Ideal for candidates with 3-6 years of experience, CCNA/CCNP certifications, and expertise in managing Cisco switches and advanced networking protocols. A B.Sc. IT/B.E./B.Tech/BCA/MCA degree is required. This role involves advanced troubleshooting, maintaining network performance, and operating in a general shift.
    Both positions require strong communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to ensuring uninterrupted network operations.
