Job Description

      • Hiring for Network and Network Security Engineer.Focus on both user needs and system requirements to monitor and maintain IT network and network security infrastructure in the bank.
      • Monitor and maintain Banks IT Network infrastructure which includes Branch, DC, DR, NDR and Azure cloud network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, wireless, load balancers, WAF (Web application firewalls) and remote/WAN ISP links.
      • Coordination with ISP (WAN link providers) for any S1/S2 incidents.
      • Coordination with internal users for their IT network requirements example: Firewall port opening, connectivity issues at the remote offices/branches to services in DC/DR/NDR/Cloud.
      • Must have a minimum of 4 years of hands on and troubleshooting experience with routing protocols of BGP and OSPF.
      • Must have a minimum of 4 years of hands on and troubleshooting experience with layer 2 Switching protocols of VTP, STP, Ether-channel, Vlans and others with Cisco products.
      • Must have a minimum of 2 years of hands on and troubleshooting experience with firewalls of Cisco and Fortinet.
      • Must have a minimum of 2 years of hands on and troubleshooting experience with network load balancers from F5/Baracuda.
      • Must have experience working with DC and DR network and security infrastructure and contributed to DC-DR drills activities.
      • Ensuring effective administration of network and security equipment of firewalls, load-balancers and WAF (Web application firewalls).
      • Performing troubleshooting on all network platforms as required in conjunction with internal team members/different vendors and ISPs.
      • Maintaining network related documentations like network diagrams and SOPs (Standard operating procedures).
      • Assisting other departments when it comes to localized issues.
      • Managing all the technical network and security resources for both projects and the business as a whole.
      • Coordination with internal team of information security and audit to ensure timely closure on any IT Network and security opened audit/compliance points.
      • Ensuring all VACA and firewall rules reviews open items are tracked and executed as per approved timelines.
      • Being a project team member to ensure timely delivery of the network projects.
