    • Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer closure.
    • Conduct industry, company, and talent research to identify relevant candidates for client requirements.
    • Understand job requirements, role expectations, and candidate profiles in coordination with Managers.
    • Source candidates through job portals, and other online platforms.
    • Manage candidate communication, interview scheduling, feedback, offer follow-ups, and joining coordination.
    • Build and maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

    • Any Graduate / Postgraduate.
