Job Description

    We are hiring !!Company - RightMatch HR Services Private Limited.RightMatch HR Services is a 18-year-old Executive Search firm specializing in Executive Search services , focusing on Middle and Senior level Talent Search.Designation-Consultant /Senior Consultant (Non IT) (Lateral Hiring)Work Days- 5 (Monday to Friday, all days work from office)Work timings- 9:30 am to 7:00 pm.Work Location- Kandivali West (SV Road, 5 mins walk from the station)Job Profile -Understanding Job Requirements:Collaborate with Managers to gain a deep understanding of their hiring needs, including industry-specific requirements, company culture, and desired candidate profiles.Candidate Sourcing:Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, head hunting and referrals, to identify and attract qualified candidates matching the parameters of the job requirements.Candidate Management:
    1. Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles.
    2. Provide timely feedback to candidates following interviews and assessments.
    3. Maintain regular communication with candidates to keep them informed throughout the recruitment process.
    Placing Candidates:
    1. Facilitate interview coordination between candidates and clients.
    2. Act as a liaison between candidates and clients, addressing any concerns or questions and providing support as needed.
    3. Follow up with candidates post-interview and post-placement to ensure a smooth transition and address any issues or challenges.
    End-to-End Recruitment Process:
    1. Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial client engagement to candidate onboarding and post-placement support.
    2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and progress in our applicant tracking system
    Client Management:
    1. Managing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
    2. Ensuring successful execution of recruitment assignments with a focus on client satisfaction.
    Team Management: (For Team Leader)
    1. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals.
    2. Monitor performance, provide feedback, and support professional development.
    Ideal Candidate -1. Any Graduate / PG / MBA with strong English communication skills.2. Minimum 3 Years of Experience in Non IT recruitment from Consultancy Background.Interested candidates can share their updated resume to hidden_email / hidden_mobile
