Job Description

    Responsibilities:
    • Perform non-voice tasks such as data entry, document processing, email support, or chat support.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of activities and transactions.
    • Respond to customer inquiries or requests through non-voice channels promptly and professionally.
    • Follow established guidelines and protocols for handling customer interactions.
    • Collaborate with team members to resolve any issues or escalations.
    • Complete assigned tasks within defined timelines and meet productivity targets.
    Requirements:
    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or coursework in relevant fields is a plus.
    • Freshers are welcome; prior experience in a non-voice process is a bonus.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.
    • Proficient computer skills and familiarity with relevant software applications.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
