Job Description

    Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced Observability and DevOps Engineer with a strong background in observability tools, particularly Elastic, New Relic, or Splunk. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in observability and DevOps environments and a solid understanding of Linux infrastructure. This role requires the ability to monitor and optimize system performance, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with various teams to enhance system reliability and performance.Key Responsibilities:Implement, manage, and optimize observability solutions using tools such as Elastic, New Relic, or Splunk.Monitor and enhance infrastructure performance and system health across Linux-based environments.Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to define and execute monitoring and alerting strategies.Troubleshoot performance issues and work proactively to enhance system stability.Work closely with stakeholders to ensure observability requirements are aligned with business goals.Maintain up-to-date documentation on infrastructure and observability solutions.Key Requirements:Experience: 3-5 years of experience in observability and DevOps roles.Observability Tools: Hands-on experience with Elastic (Elastic Observability certification preferred), New Relic, or Splunk.Infrastructure: Strong experience with Linux systems.Certifications: Elastic Observability certification is preferred.Location: Willingness to be based in Mumbai.Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Skills:Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker, Kubernetes.Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure).Strong scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python).What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and industry leaders.A collaborative, growth-oriented work environment.Career development and certification opportunities.
