Job Description

    Hi,We are looking for an online market place sales manager for a beauty retail industry for Mumbai location.Candidate should must have an experience of at least 8-10 years of experience into beauty/retail industry.The online sales manager will be required to conduct research on effective website layouts and features, advise on evidence based and experimental changes to our platforms, and monitor the effectiveness of strategies by inspecting standardized metrics.To ensure success as an online Sales manager, you should remain knowledgeable about relevant trends and innovations in e-commerce. Ultimately, a brilliant Sale manager will endeavor to enhance their skill set by continually learning about adjacent techniques that might improve collaboration between departments.Online Sales Manager Responsibilities:-1. Devising strategies that harness sales-related insights, prevailing standards, and novel developments to encourage sales in our online store.2. Build a roadmap to leadership for Ecommerce Channel, strategize and implement programs/plans for the development of sales.3.Creating frameworks that transform our social media sites into highly profitable platforms.4. Directing the activities of software developers, copywriters, and graphic designers to ensure careful adherence to predetermined strategies.5.Reviewing the security of checkout pages and payment procedures.6. Creating promotional offers and checking to see that these are uploaded precisely.Bachelors degree in any stream OR any equivalent field required.Timing:9:30 am to 6:30 pm (or as demanded by circumstances of business)Weekly Off:Sunday and 2nd & 4th Saturday
