Job Description

    Does generating business and revenue excite you Are you passionate about Sales and achieving your targets month on month Because this role requires someone who is passionate about Sales. We are an Online Fashion jewellery Ecommerce Start-up in the business for the past 6 years and going strong. We help fashion enthusiastic buyers to choose Bollywood inspired jewellery with more than 500 unique designs in more than 40 colours. Your role will be to interact with these customers on various Social Media chat platforms, Whatsapp and phone calls and help them in making their buying decisions quickly by creating a WIN-WIN.Job type : Full time Age : Between 25-40 Y/O Gender : Female (preferable) Location : Powai, Mumbai Academic qualification : Any graduate/post graduate.Experience desired : Sales experience in Ecommerce Space would be preferable, 2 years of Sales Experience in a mustDesired Skills:
    • Should be excited to join a high performance oriented team and culture
    • Well versed with technology (basic proficiency would be required)
    • Fluency in English is required (2 languages is preferable)
    • Effective Communication and articulation skills
    • Must be an attentive listener
    • Good level of grasping, understanding, comprehending skills
    • Should be an achiever in sales targets in prior organizations
    • Must possess the ability to learn, unlearn & adapt to a fast-paced environment
    • Being High on energy is a must
    • Internet research capabilities for customers
    • Should have the ability to give feedback and assess customers requirement and pitch different products (upsell and cross selling skills)
    • Should be a go-getter and believer of first time conversion
    Tasks and responsibilities:
    • Converting Incoming Customer Leads for Wholesale and Retail into successful orders
    • Retargeting existing customers and generating repeat business from them
    • Servicing existing customers with queries and pricing details and managing their orders
    • Writing and predefining effective Sales Scripts for various customer facing scenarios
    • Finding and partnering with Social Media Influences on YT, FB and Instagram
    • List building of customers
    • Sales reporting and Dashboard publishing
