Job Description

    Hope you are doing well.This is in reference to your CVWe are into exports of Pharmaceutical Raw Materials and there is opening for Purchase executive for APIs- Purchase of Pharmaceutical Raw Materials- Negotiating with manufacturers for price, delivery and payments.- Identifying new suppliers.- Comparing different supplier prices.- Making and updating records of products and suppliers.- Monitoring of pending payment of supplier & co-ordination with Account department of timely release of payment.- Making a Purchase Order and placing the order with the suppliers.- Follow up with the factory for Dispatch and pass the same info to the Logistics department.- Follow up with the factory for sample dispatches and updating records to the supplier on the quality of the samples.- Taking relevant documents from manufacturers required for customs and export purposes.- Planning deliveries & dispatches and co-ordination with the Logistics department for the same.- Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best prices and ensure all the criteria are met according to the customers requirements and expectationMin Exp : 2 Years in Pharma API PurchaseIf you are looking for a change, please let us have your updated CV for the same on hidden_email or WhatsApp on 90hidden_mobile4Also, if any of your colleagues or friends are looking to take new opportunities, please do let us know.Hope to hear from you soon.
