Job Description

    Responsibilities & duties:
    • Make outgoing Telecalls to develop new business andunderstand whether there is requirement for particular product / services of our clients.
    • Would need to identify prospects from the database to pass to the sales team.
    • Undertaking first/second level of research towards successful call results
    • Research and maintain lead generation database
    • Work on B2B campaigns in the IT & ITES sector
    Job summary / objective:To provide sales and marketing support in building a pipeline of leads to meet business plans, quotas and company objectives. Responsible for generating leads through phone calls, social media and emails.Skills required:
    • Good English communication
    • Proficient in MS Office including Excel
    • Strong project and time management skills
    • Preferably a graduate from any stream/ undergraduate also welcome.
