    • Coordinate day-to-day marketing activities and support the marketing team in execution of initiatives.
    • Assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
    • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, agencies, and other stakeholders for marketing requirements.
    • Prepare and maintain marketing-related reports, presentations, trackers, and documentation.
    • Support the team with data collection, analysis, and preparation of MIS reports.
    • Coordinate meetings, events, conferences, promotional activities, and other marketing programs.
    • Ensure timely follow-up and completion of assigned marketing activities.
    • Manage marketing documents and maintain proper records.
    • Provide administrative and coordination support to the marketing function.
    • Follow company processes, compliance requirements, and timelines.
    Candidate Profile
    • Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Management, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
    • 3-7 years of relevant experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry.
    • Strong coordination, communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.
    • Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage deadlines.
    • Good written and verbal communication skills are essential.
