Job Description

    Job Title: Inside Sales Manager (B2B Sales)Location: MumbaiExperience Required: 5 - 8 YearsKey Responsibilities:
    • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) to achieve business targets.
    • Drive B2B sales initiatives and ensure consistent revenue generation and business growth.
    • Monitor team performance through defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and implement improvement plans.
    Desired Candidate Profile:
    • 5 to 8 years of experience in B2B Sales.
    • Proven experience in managing and leading Inside Sales teams (ISR).
    • Strong team handling and people management skills.
    • Track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
