Job Description

    • Collaborate with event planners, vendors, and clients to understand event requirements
    • Managing the workflow of technicians, Helpers, and other employees in an event.
    • Responsible for the scheduling the team of technicians and helpers pertaining to a particular event.
    • Assigning Event Inventory, AV Equipment and making event production check list.
    • Manage event staff and volunteers, assigning tasks and ensuring everyone understands their roles.
    • Assigning drivers, Tempo and other logistics for particular event
    • Coordinate with Vendors
    • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travelarrangements.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during events.
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
    • Evaluate event effectiveness and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
    • Provide post-event reports and analysis to assess outcomes and identify areas for enhancement.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in event operations.
