Job Description

Sound knowledge on infra security technology such as Firewall, IPS, IDS, Proxy, WAF.
Responsible for planning / tracking of Projects and resource management
Handling 24*7 Infra Security Support
Ensuring project visibility through regular status reports, shared dashboards, stakeholder communications
Primary SPOC for the customer stakeholders
Tracks and addresses project issues & action items.
Handling internal & external escalations of tickets.
Responsible for getting the necessary sign-off for the relevant deliverables to client
Engage with the customer stakeholders on daily basis for planning and execution review
Good communications skills and fluency in English
Should be able to coordinate within team and guide them accordingly
Display flexibility to adapt plans and approaches in different needs and situations
Empower teams to act autonomously and hold them accountable
Good Understanding of ITIL Process.
