Job Description

    Greetings!!We are excited to announce an open position for the role ofAssociate Vice President / Manager HR - PMSatSBILife Insurance.We are looking forexperienced professionals with 8 to 16 years of relevant experience to join our Human Resources team at our Corporate Office in Andheri, Mumbai.Position Details:
    • Position Title:Associate Vice President / Manager - PMS (Performance Management System)
    • Department:Human Resource
    • Location:Corporate Office, Mumbai
    • Reporting To:Vice President (PMS and C&B)
    Job Purpose:The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective implementation and management of the organizations performance management systems. This role focuses on ensuring the seamless execution of key PMS processes, driving continuous improvement, and aligning the PMS framework with the companys strategic objectives.Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage the end-to-end performance appraisal process for regional employees, including goal setting and mid-year reviews.
    • Oversee the promotion process and ensure timely and accurate closure.
    • Ensure system readiness for key PMS activities and gather feedback for process enhancement.
    • Identify and implement market best practices in performance management.
    • Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders and provide regular updates on PMS-related activities.
    Job Requirements:
    • Qualifications:Post-graduation in Human Resource Management.
    • Experience:8-12 years in Performance Management System.
    • Skills:Proficiency in HR analytics, and experience with HRIS systems.
