Following a recent calibration with our project leadership, your profile stood out as a strong match for the technical depth we require.We are specifically looking for professionals fromwho have mastered end-to-end NAV preparation and have a robust understanding of the why behind complex reconciliations.Position Details:
    • Role:CSSAccounting Consultant
    • Location:Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai (Hybrid: 2 Days/Week In-Office)
    • Shift:EMEA Shift (Supporting European Markets)
    • Notice Period:Immediate to 30 Days Max
    Position OverviewIn this role, you will be a critical contributor to the core NAV lifecycle. We are moving beyond basic data entry; you will be responsible for the full end-to-end NAV calculation and preparation. This includes hands-on General Ledger (GL) management and journal entry posting across a diverse range of fund types and asset management structures.Key Responsibilities
    • Core NAV Preparation:Own the end-to-end NAV calculation process, ensuring all components are validated and reported with absolute precision.
    • Strategic Reconciliation:Perform comprehensive reconciliations of trades, positions, and cash, with a deep understanding of the underlying financial impact and root-cause analysis.
    • General Ledger Management:Manage hands-on posting ofJournal Entries (GL)and maintain the integrity of the general ledger for various fund structures.
    • Multifund Accounting:Support diverse fund types and Asset Management products, ensuring compliance with global accounting standards.
    • Upstream/Downstream Collaboration:Coordinate with AML/KYC teams to ensure seamless data flow and compliance throughout the fund lifecycle.
    Qualifications & Skills
    • Core Mandatory Requirements:
      • End-to-End NAV:Proven experience in manual and automated NAV preparation.
      • GL Posting:Hands-on experience with General Ledger and Journal Entries.
      • Reconciliation Expertise:Strong exposure with a clear ability to explain the what and why of the process.
      • Industry Background:Solid experience inFund Accounting and Asset Management.
    • Preferred / Target Profiles:
      • Background fromCITCO, SS&C, or similar global fund administrators.
      • Exposure to tools such asMCH or Bloomberg.
      • Professional certification (CA, MBA Finance, or equivalent).
    • Work Mode Flexibility:
      • While the role isHybrid, we are open to100% WFHfor absolutely exceptional profiles with specialized domain expertise.
