Job Description

    Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Oracle EBS Technical Consultant with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), particularly in development, customization, and support of various modules. This role involves collaborating with functional teams to deliver technical solutions that meet business needs.Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and implement custom solutions within the Oracle EBS environment, including PL/SQL programming, Oracle Forms, and Reports.- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing applications, ensuring optimal performance and troubleshooting issues as they arise.- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.- Conduct unit testing for developed solutions and maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, code changes, and system configurations.- Work on integration projects involving data migration and interfacing with other systems using Oracle tools.- Work closely with functional consultants to identify gaps in current systems and recommend improvements or enhancements.Required Skills- **Technical Skills:**- Proficiency in Oracle E-Business Suite (R12 preferred).- Strong knowledge of PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle Forms, XML Publisher, and Oracle Reports.- Familiarity with Oracle Workflow and OAF (Oracle Application Framework).- Experience with data migration tools and techniques.Soft Skills:-- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.Qualifications- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- 3 to 5 years of experience as an Oracle EBS Technical Consultant or similar role.- Experience in financial modules (AP, AR, GL) or supply chain modules (OM, INV) is a plus.Preferred Qualifications- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.- Knowledge of cloud technologies related to Oracle applications.
