Job Description

    Responsibilities:
    1. Design, build and configure Oracle Cloud application to meet business process and application requirements
    2. Good experience in any 3 to 4 HCM Modules (Payroll, OTL, Comp and Benefits, core HR etc)
    3. Building / configuring HCM Extracts to get data from the Oracle Cloud HCM objects for integration to external applications
    4. Preparation of Project Deliverables requirements, design specifications, config guides; Follow documentation, software development methodology, version control
    5. Oracle HCM Cloud Extracts,Oracle BI Publisher Knowledge
    6. Oracle Application Development Knowledge, Oracle Cloud Implementation
    7. Should have handled Teams/ Project on their own
    8. Not a Business User or Support Team User
    9. Able to handle aspects independently as and when the project/team requires
    10. Successfully completed at least 1 certification (Oracle Cloud HCM)
    11. Ability to work as an effective team player
    12. Implementation experience of 3-4 Modules, with experience on integrations, PAAS (Functional knowledge)
    13. Should have handled Teams/ Project on their own
    14. Not a Business User or Support Team User
    15. Some experience of working on RFPs, client presentations in proposals will be Add On. (open to travel)
    16. Excellent communication
    17. Punctual and consistent in internal and external communication
    18. Should be open to travel
    The Candidate:A Bachelors degree in engineering and approximately 2 years of related work experience; or a masters or MBAdegree in business, computer science, information systems, engineeringSalary on the base of experience:
    • Consultant - 4 to 6 years-17LPA
    • Senior Consultant - 6 to -9 years-25LPA
    • Manager-9 to 12 years-34LPA
