Oracle HCM Technical Consultant_Full-Time_Pan India_Work from officeJob Title: Oracle HCM Technical ConsultantJob Type: Full-Time (Work from office)Location: Chennai, Pune, Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad, NoidaExperience: 5-12 YearsSkills: Oracle HCM, Oracle eBusiness Suite HCM applications, Fast Formulas 1) RESPONSIBILITIES & SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES Assist in the effective implementation and operation of the Oracle HCM and Oracle EBS HR solution suite. Create Technical specifications and related design documents for new application enhancements. Create test scripts and test plans for system integration testing for application deployment. Maintain technical documentation related to system capabilities, enhancements, etc. Ensure effective integration of HR applications with third party solutions/suppliers. Maintain Global HR application security and ensure data security / privacy compliance based on required standards. Work with cross functional teams including Finance, Supply Chain, Sales and Manufacturing to support HRIT related topics for projects. Perform Unit and System Integration Testing, assist with performance testing & tuning of applications, assist with Disaster Recovery Planning and Testing Responsible for software version control, including deployment of code to Production environment Coordinate identification and timely resolution of production systems problems Contribute to the technical documentation library for projects and system changes for HRIT projects 2) KEY POSITION REQUIREMENTS:Job Experience: 1. Experience in implementing and supporting Oracle eBusiness Suite HCM applications 2.
