Job Description

Job PurposeThe Partnership and Alliances Executive at JustJob will drive strategic partnerships with ITIs, Diploma institutions, government departments, and skill missions across India. The role focuses on introducing JustJobs platform, securing MoUs, participating in job fairs, and ensuring a steady flow of job-ready candidates. This position is key to expanding market reach and aligning with government skilling initiatives to support job placements for trained candidates.Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage partnerships with ITIs, polytechnic institutions, government departments, skill missions, and other government bodies across all states in India to promote JustJob as the preferred platform for job placements. Collaborate with state skill missions to align JustJobs offerings with government initiatives, ensuring smooth integration with state-sponsored programs.
• Introduce JustJobs offerings to key stakeholders in educational institutions and government departments, highlighting the unique benefits and special features supporting job placements for candidates trained and skilled by these institutions.
• Secure Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with institutions and government bodies, establishing long-term collaborations to ensure a steady flow of job-ready candidates.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with partnered institutions and government departments to ensure continuous engagement and access to fresh, relevant job seeker databases.
• Actively participate in job fairs and recruitment drives organized by institutions and government departments to promote JustJob and secure fresh and updated job seeker details for closing job openings.
Qualification and Experience:
• Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, marketing or related field; with 0-2 years of experience in Partnership and Alliances is prefered
