1. Maintain setup related information in various HR applications mainly PeopleSoft .2. Maintain Application Security for HR applications.3. Provide general support to all stakeholders on HR applications.4. Support Powai based local HR applications built in-house.5. Work closely with the Functional teams and HRIT to address any system issue/ requirements.6. Understand the business processes and systems and suggest improvement by leveraging system unctionalities.7. Communicate system downtimes/enhancement to the stakeholders.8. Testing of any changes to HR application.9. Create and Maintain documentations.Desired Candidate ProfileKey Skills:1. Basic PeopleSoft orientation with minimum 2 years of experience in supporting PS HRMS.2. Working knowledge of PeopleSoft Query and Security Administration.3. Ability to understand and provide solutions to business requirements.4. Quick learner and ability to drive initiatives.5. Effective communication and inter-personal skills6. Strong planning, organizing & reviewing skills7. Ability to work with a varied set of individuals across levels8. Strong Decision Making & Influencing Skills9.
