    • Level Associate / Senior Associate

    • Qualification Graduate/ Post Graduate
    PrimaryResponsibility
    • Key Responsibilities:
      • Ensure timely PF registrations, filings, and remittances.
      • Maintain and update employee PF records.
      • Handle PF withdrawal, transfer, and settlement processes.
      • Liaise with EPFO and other regulatory bodies for compliance matters.
      • Assist in audits and inspections related to PF compliance.
      • Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure compliance adherence.
    RequiredSkills/Abilities:
    • Bachelors degree in Commerce, Law, or related field.
    • 1-10 years of experience in PF compliance within the outsourcing industry.
    • Strong knowledge of EPF Act, ESI, and other labor laws.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and payroll software.
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
