Job Description

      • Designing plant layouts and piping systems using software tools such as AutoCAD and PDMS
      • Analyzing the needs of the project and incorporating those needs into the design
      • Developing and implementing project specifications, piping standards, and guidelines
      • Ensuring designs are in compliance with all relevant engineering standards and safety regulations
      • Coordinating with other engineers, contractors, and suppliers during the design and installation process
      • Conducting stress analysis on piping systems to ensure they can withstand operational use and environmental conditions
      • Overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of plant piping systems
      • Documenting all aspects of the design and installation process for future reference and maintenance
      • Addressing any issues or problems that arise during the design, installation, or maintenance stages of a project
      • Keeping up to date with the latest technology and techniques in plant layout and piping design
