Job Description

    About Us:Comet Furno Is into Imports of Luxuries Furniture and Accessories from Around the WorldAbout the Role:The Post-Sales & Dispatch Executive will be the central point of Handling and Dispatching of ready furniture. Contact the customers after purchase, managing order processing, inventory coordination, dispatch logistics, and customer communication. This role is essential for ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:Order Processing: Receive and process customer orders, verifying order details, customer information, and payment.Dispatch Planning: Plan and schedule the dispatch of furniture orders, considering delivery routes, timelines, and customer preferences.Packaging & Quality Check: Oversee the packaging of furniture orders, ensuring that items are properly packaged and protected for transit. Conduct quality checks before dispatch to minimize damages and returns.Documentation: Prepare all necessary dispatch documentation, including invoices, packing slips, and delivery manifests.Customer Communication: Proactively communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and any potential delays. Answer customer inquiries related to delivery and assembly.Issue Resolution: Address customer complaints and resolve any delivery-related issues, such as damages, missing parts, or incorrect items. Coordinate with the relevant departments to find solutions.Data Entry & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of orders, dispatches, deliveries, and returns. Generate reports on key metrics, such as delivery times, order fulfillment rates, and customer satisfaction.Total experience: min 4 to 7 years of experience in order processing, dispatch, logistics, or customer service, preferably in the furniture, manufacturing or related industry.Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
