You will be responsible for influencing potential customers and generate interest in our services.The candidate must have a basic understanding of real estate and the main aim of the candidate would be to generate new leads and bring in new Potential clients.Responsibilities
    • Good communication skills
    • Capable to handle Inbound and Outbound Calls
    • Efficiently handle objections and good selling skills
    • Cold call potential clients
    • Ask pertinent questions to understand the customers requirement
    • Persuade the customer to meet our sales managers
    • Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information
    • Handle customer queries through channels like Web, Newspaper etc.
    • Handle existing customer and invite for site visit
    • Able to handle sales over the call
    • Co-ordinate with Site Managers for revisits
